I'm Freddy Eyensford-Hill in my school's musical, and I need a top hat and 1910 British High Society clothing. Any advice on where to find this?

You should be able to rent something suitable (no pun intended) at your local formal wear store. They might even give you a really good price for a special thanks in the program.
You can also find used men's formal wear for sale on ebay. Be sure to use the correct measurements.

Costume rental shop.
There should be one some where close to you.
Search for costumes in your area.

You may also want to try local community theatres, they're usually nice about loaning stuff out.
