A big YES! This is a girl who has been put in the public eye since she was a young child.
if you look at her life in the past few years, it's been one thing after the other.
She is so in need of love and help.
I hope she gets it, too bad she left rehab ... again.

She hasn't released anything for a while, and so is craving to be back on the news, even if it is for the wrong reasons. Simple way = Cut off your hair!

I think she's just trying to get people to talk about her. I guess it's better for the media to be talking about her shaved head than her not wearing underwear.

so so bored of celebraties doing strange things coz of pressure!!! they chose to be famous and knew what they were letting themself in for.
