Yesterday I found out my cousin is a hooker her boyfriend is one of my best friends and he doesn't know. Should I tell him I don't want him to get hurt, I can live if my cousin is mad at me but if my best friend is...I can't. (My cousin is 20 and I am 19)

First you need to speak with her about it. Confirm that this is the case. There may be some sort of misunderstanding. If it is so, say something like, If you dont tell my best friend, then I will. Mainly the issue is his safety, but at least give her the opportunity to fess up.

Talk to your cousin. Make sure this is true before you do anything. And then talk to your friend if it is. But also make sure someone else knows.
Being a hooker is very dangerous. If she is a hooker she's probably into drugs, and will eventually get HIV, and then could die.
This is a big deal. Please tell her you care, and you need to know the truth.

It isn't really your business, you should stay out of it.
Blood is thicker than water, your allegiance should first be with your cousin.
Talk to your cousin in private. Tell her what you know. Perhaps talk to her about the health and life safety implications her lifestyle has for herself and her boyfriend (your best friend). Let her know how uncomfortable you are with the situation.
BUT it is up to her to tell her own boyfriend.
