no, in all states but two the legal age for marriage is 18 years. The consent of the parents allows for mar rage earlier than 18. Utah allows marriage at 15 with the consent of the parents. Even if the child was pregnant the court ruling was required for Marriage. The law has not changed from the sixties.

Elvis and Priscilla didn't marry until she was 21. Some states did and do allow 14 yr. olds to marry with parents' consent.
