Spiderman will 'win'...but Ghost Rider seems like a good movie. It's just that Spiderman is already an established hero and has already had 2 other phenomenally successful movies to back it up. Spiderman also has a young cast and is aimed at broad audiences, whereas Ghost Rider seems to be targeting kids but has a middle age cast...

And the fact that Spiderman is wickedly cool.
