Lesotho is a country, so I'll give you the absolute location of its capital city, Maseru: 29.31° S 27.48° E

Lesotho is just north of south africa, and is most famous for the origination of the Lesothosaurus, a small dinosaur, but with one of the biggest brains among dinosaurs, apart from the Troodon (American dinosaur)
