Harry Potter and the Heir of Slytherin" might work...since everyone is worried about the heir...write images like the notes that are left, make the lettering look like it's painted with blood..maybe hide a pair of eye inthere somewhere...you definitely have to have an image of the journal in it somewhere!

"The eyes that watching" is the title which I can think of. Maybe a dark background with the glowing open snake eyes in the middle with the gang of main characters infront the eyes and they were likely walking out into something. The starring character was holding torch and the rest is doing something like looking around.
