Most of the comments above me are just people declaring their own favorite fragrances--some of the suggestions don't even match the criteria being that it is soft, sweet, and oriental.
I would suggest CK Eurphoria, L'air du Temps, and Dior Addict.

Calvin Klein Eternity. I love it. It's Smells soft & romantic. Try it! It's been my favorite for over 10 years. Aaaahhh...I've often described its scent as "baby powder & sugar".
