LimeWire Downloading sound Quality?

Everytime I download music off of limewire the soung quality is always really bad. Does anybody no why that is.

you are probably downloading a song with a low bitrate
look at the bitrate of the file before you download it
192 is the optimal quality, but 128 is fine also
