Hi ther tell the bailiffs to get stuffed 6 years ago no way they are trying their luck. send all letters back dont answer the door whatever you do and believe me they cant do a thing they work on scare tactics i hate the ba.....s and anyone who works for them should be ashamed they prey on vunerable people who get into debt but you have more rights then you think, please dont give into them

Your bankrupcy was discharged after 3 years. If you have not received any communications at all about the debts in the past 6 years then the statute of limitations negates any further attempts to take money or goods from you. I'm presuming you are in the UK, if so the first hour of a solicitors time is free, take legal advice.

If you live in the UK, contact the Official Receivers office that handled your bankruptcy and send them the letters. The bailiffs are acting illegally and can lose their licence to collect cash.

Failing this contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau.
