i always have trouble picking out colors that are right for my complexion/hair ect. any tips for a fair skinned, green eyed, blond haired chick?

light colors, darks bring out your skin, lights bring out your eyes and hair. try a light blue or aqua color.

I'd say dark shades of green or black for a shirt. You don't want to do things like red, which can make you look a bit red yourself on hot days. Dark blues might be okay, but you have to pick out something that matches your eyes and hair, so dark purple might be an option as well.
As for the pants, I'd do with something dark, such as black slacks or even blue jeans.

Light purples- like a lilac and greens look really good for makeup it will bring out the green in your eyes if you use a light purple right abouve the lashes, a dark green in the crease, light green above-the crease, and brown mascara- but dont over do it! greens and lighter browns also look really good clothing wise.

sounds kinda like me (:. I placed on a number of of teal/turqouis. that's my renowned color and that i think of it seems stable on me. the two turqouis or particular colours of yellow. the goldish/merrigold yelllow color? you recognize? :P
