No he shouldn't. It's his own fault. You can mend his legs with some sticks and cloth. Mind to straighten the legs first. If you hear a strange cracking noise: that's normal in setting legs...

Your friend sounds like a cool guy, who wouldn't try this stunt. I say that he is fine and is only trying to get some attention, he needs to take it like a man.

When I was young, my Dad always told my sisters and I that anytime we injured ourselves, nomatter what type of injury it was to put after shave lotion on it....and that's what you should do. Get a big *** gallon of it and just dump it all over his legs. That'll fix him. :oP
