Microsoft word 2003 email editor?

When applying for jobs via company website up comes the message about microsoft word 2003 as the email editor - however, having typed my letter of application and attached my cv I can't see anyway of sending it! There is no send icon . . . what am I missing?

The company's e-mail address automatically appears - in every way it's just like an e-mail other than there's no send icon.

Have you tried FILE / SEND TO / email recipient?
