hi i bought a dell with the 3y at home service thinking this was covering all hardware?

now my vdu is on the blink im told that this services covers internal hardware only ,the monitor is on a normal 12 month guarantee ,does any one know different

call dell and chat this out with them that is the problem with dell the sell you crap and you dont know what your buying from them i can tell you in one anything from dell is crap

All dell have a life time services through Dell not hardwAre is extra but the Dell support comes with all Dells for as long as you own it
