I'd go back to the doctor and get another week or so off work. Clearly, your job duties are too much for your injury.

A cracked bone that continues to b stressed can lead to SEVERE problems.

Let it heal.

2 weeks is actually short for letting the cracked bone heal. it takes about 4 to 6 weeks for bones to form thier version of scar tissue and then another 6 to 12 weeks for the scar to calcify. Thats why its typical for a cast to stay on for appx 3 months when a bone is broken. It takes that long for the bone to regain its strength.

I'd go back to the doctor too. Do you have a splint or a cast on it? Maybe you need more time off for it to heal.

go back to doctor. You may need to wear a wrist splint.
