Take the money and first get a shave. Get a short haircut. Buy a few nice shirts and try to speak proper English.
Go through the job ads and walk into whatever office you may find. If you are sincere and cleaned up they will give you a job doing something. Later you will not be worrying about investing a mere 300.
The point is even if you had so much more to invest it still takes some time. Changing your job and worldview, reading and education is the way to go.
