Im a highschool goalkeeper and im looking for workouts to do during the offseason for the upcoming seasons... if you have any ideas can u please send them to me?

of course, its not as easy but still possible Weight is determined by the number of calories you consume versus the number you burn, if you're eating less you will lose weight (but only up to a point never go below 1200 calories a day) Working out is more for body composition and tone which is much better than losing weight. My advice, keep with the exercise and improve your diet you'll notice the changes
