I want to know where I can find sound files on the internet—specifically a computerized voice that tells you someone is calling you from an unknown or private phone number.

You could actually use a text to speech application/website to do this, like this one:

Simply type in what you want the computer to say, and then it says it when you click "SPEAK". You could also download what it says, by clicking "DOWNLOAD".

There are places where you can type in whatyou want and a robot voice will speak it back. Put in your message and then record the output.
