Firewire devices are any device that utilize the IEEE1394 connection standard. This is faster than USB, but not as expandable. Devices includes MiniDV digital cameras, external hard drives and other high-speed storage devices.
Mac's have firewire built-in. A Windows PC would need a special adapter.

Just another connection standard like USB. Many peripherals made by Apple are firewire capable. The transfer speed on USB2.0 devices are faster than firewire.

It is a device that uses a firwire cable. I've only seen cameras use this but there are probably more things out there. I suppose they are faster then regualr usb cables.

firewire is basicly the same as usb, but it is much faster.
you need to have a firewire port on your computer, or you can buy a usb to firewire adapter.

you connect it to the hardrive of your computer and it just brings up and save your stuff more more faster. bye now :o)
