It was my husband yesterday. He gives the best hugs! There was an article in Readers Digest that just holding her man's hand can lower a woman's stress level.... imagine what a good, honest, safe hug can do for her!

Last night, right before we went to bed. I get 'real honest hugs' from my husband all the time, and I give them to him, too. We also 'kiss' and 'caress' ... and we are 'extremely intimate' and consider each other both best friends and lovers ... but we don't have sex (mostly because of medical reasons why we shouldn't, but that really doesn't matter to us) ... and yes, we do sleep together every night, and we go to be 'naked' ...

On Valentine's day. My husband and I had a fight, but we talked it out, apologized and he gave me the most real hug I had gotten from him in a long time. I could feel his love through his body strength.
