It depends on what was told to you when you were sent home. If the company told you it is dangerous to do your job in your condition or if they asked you to see a doctor for a note stating you were fit to work they are within their right to send you home. If the company uses this reason I believe you are out of luck unless there is something written in a Union contract at the company.

Depends on several things...

1. Where are you? You may have laws that require it.
2. Do you belong to a labor union? The union contract may require them to pay you.
3. Does your company provide paid time off for this type of thing?
4. What's in your employee manual about this subject?

Workers comp doesn't apply unless you were on the medication because of something that happened at work.

No you cannot claim lost wages unless it is part of your health package. If you have sick days with pay then you are entitled to be payed for them. A company has a obligation to protect you and its other employees. Say something was to happen to you or another while your were sick on the job. You/they could potentially turn around and sue the company because they forced you to work.

I have met him in Real life and he comes off as a very mean person that would hurt you. If this prank was big enough than WWE will very well release Holly, it hasent been the frist time WWE has realesed people for takeing something to far.

Did you work on the day you were sent home? Do you have any sick days? If you have sick days available you are eligible for compensation. Otherwise, too bad. You don't get paid for work you don't perform.

unfortunately unless your company have a sickness policy then they do not have to pay you.You are supposed to present yourself for work fit and able.If they allowed you to work whilst on medication then they would be liable if you were to have an accident. If you are in a union then seek advice from them but i am sure i am right.

It's different state to state. Contact an attorney.

Did you negotiate sick pay when you got your job. If you did not negotiate it then you dont deserve to get paid for not working.

The only enforced wage should be the one you negotiate.

Check the Worker's Compensation laws for your state. Your answer lies there.

If you were unable to work, then the employer has the right to send you home and not pay you.
