I don't count calories (I am 25) but the reason why adults do is because they are less active. Have slower metabolisms and are no longer growing up

I don't count too much, but I try to eat healty most of the time. When I was little I was so skinny and I thought I would never weigh 70 pounds. I ate everything in sight too.
