Yes, what if it had been a cup of acid, or if the driver would have lost control of the vehicle and killed people. She needs to learn how to control herself, she could have used her cell and called the highway patrol and reported the other driver. Now as far as the punishment, it would depend on if she had any prior record and how she has reacted to what happened. Very interesting story though.

"what if it was a cup of acid" what the hell? it wasn't a cup of acid. do you think she didn't know what was in her cup? that it could've actually been a cup of acid she was drinking from all along, and she just hadn't realized it? Or, that maybe, throwing it out the window with such force as she did, could've altered the chemical composition.
All I'm saying is, I want that prosecutor in my town.

no, they shouldve just made her take some anger management classes. i mean, she did have children and a pregnant woman in her car, the other car put them at risk.
