When I open Excell 2003 it has no commands.?

Question

It only has the title "excel" and a spreadsheet. How do I restore the command lines?

When I say no menu, I mean nothing. There are no toolbars, no icons, no options. All that is there is the top blue part that says Excel.

By commands, do you mean the toolbars that let you save, open, change font, ect?

If so, just go up to view --> toolbars and check the ones you want.

The two main ones are the "Standard" and "Formatting" ones.
