when someone refers to a state as a nanny state. It means that government is taking control over almost everything on what you do and how you do it. It could be anything from Boarding illegal immigrants for free to controlling every aspect of your life, to having the highest level of welfare people. Kind of like a nanny does they feed you cloth you and give you everything you need or THINK you need. Giving you very little control over your own life.

It means that the idiotic sheep voting Dem every election have delivered us to a government that holds our hand, tells us when to go to bed, what to watch on tv, and what we can and cannot do. Personally, I'm taking advantage of it and wetting myself. Someone tell Nancy Pelosi, I need her to change me.
