I do sit ups every night and I have really strong and firm stomach muscles.....do 10 tonight, 20 tomorrow, 30 the next day...do 10 more each night until you can't do any more like 300 or something...then start over! It really works!

Aerobics, toning exercises, walking, eat healthy, and don't slack on any of it, but don't bogg yourself down by trying to exercise every single day. Start a routine of doing it every other day or 3 times a week for a minimum of 20 minutes at a time.

Just remember that situps and crunches alone won't thelp. It's important to include cardio in your workout to lose any fat in that area. Combine this with healthy eating, and you should be seeing results soon. It will take a while though, so don't get discouraged just because you don't see anything right away. Good luck!

low fat diet, exercise at LEAST 4 times a week - to include cardio and strength training... sit ups, pilates, yoga and anything to work your 'core'. low fat is really important and carbs should be low. hi-protein too! good luck 5 weeks is not that long....

I would do a lot of stomach crunches every night...as many as you can do. Also, eat a lot of protein since you will be building stomach muscle.
