With forensics they may be able to tell what CD burner was used.

But probably it's not very specific- like they could determine that a certain burner was NOT used, or that, between two burners, burner A is more likely than burner B, etc. It's probably not an exact science... And there may not even be a lab that does that type of work, or at least not many.
