It really depends on what you want, i know people who have given birth naked, you could chose to wear a hospital gown or even bring in something special from home that you would like to give birth in. I honestly cant remember if they cover you or not, i had my whole family including my dad in my labor and when your in labour you really dont care or remember about stuff like that

U only wear one of those robes they give at the hospital. If u feel more confortable wearing nothing u maight do so. During childbirth the only part the leave uncover is the bottom bart from ur navel down if this is a vaginal delivery. In case of a cesarian most of ur bady is cover exept ur belly!

You are usually given a hospital gown and have your feet in stirrups. No need to worry, you won't be worried about this when it is time to give birth and I promise you it will not be remembered after wards. You will have many new memories about the beautiful life you will have bought into the world. Good Luck.
