No brainer!
Dirk, he has size and athletic ability to defend any power forward in the league but his offensive versatility to handle the ball on the wing, post up, and catch n' shoot is invaluble to a team like Dallas that likes to iso drive and kick.

Dirk because he is leading Dallas to one of the best records they had and Yao had an injury and Tracy Mcgrady has been carrying Rockets. Dirk is a 7 foot 3 point shooter, and he penetrates really good

seriously Yao is one of the worst centers in the league
wanna know how he made the All-Star team?
yeah think about the number of people who live in China voting for him everyday
ask all those people if they know that Yao has a broken leg and more than 75% would say no
or however you say no in chinese
Dirk is much better and i'd say one of the greatest players in the league
