SO I used to be more normal but II sort of had an identity crisis where I convinced myself I had to be quiet and act shy and not talk to anyone.

Now no one really bothers with me. And I get lonely.

And I dont know if I just started being more normal how long it would take the reputation to change. Because I've been like this for liike a year and 1/2. And it bothers me because it really took a year for people to start treating me different before. They treated me normally and I didnt really respond so they stopped bothering with me.

It can take a VERY long time for a reputation to change. You might find yourself in a completely new circle before you find things that are different.

As soon as you held a conversation with someone, your reputation would change. At least with that one person. Word spreads fast in school, and once one person knows you're "normal", other people will start to think so too. Who did you hang out with before? If they're still decent people, you could try talking to them to break the ice. If you bother with people, they will start to bother with you.......Not sure if that's the best way to word it, but that's all I can think of =) Good luck.

If you want your reputation to change where you get people to wanting to talk to you and hang out with then you really have to go the extra mile to talk to people and let them know who you are and hope that they will take into consideration what you have to say. It could be awhile things like this do not change over night, just hang in there and keep talking to people, it won't be long before people will be coming up to you and wanting to talk and hang out, stay positive that always helps too.

I don't really think it would take very long to change things for you. People will remember that before you used to be more outgoing. It will be up to you to do the reaching out to them. Bring up old, fun times that you used to do hanging out. Put on a smile! That attracts people like crazy!

There is no way of determining how long it will take for you to go back to normal. Basically, its up to you to do what you gotta do. If you really wanna go back to being yourself again than you need to put 100% effort in it and let your friends and everyone around you know, let them see who you really are... and im sure they wouldn't treat you any different !!!!! Remember you are given only one life so you gotta live it to the fullest!!!!
