I want to know how do you publish an anime book. I've been writing one without the art. Can you tell me?

Maybe you could clarify. Is it a graphic novel, and you want anime-style art? Is it a book ABOUT a specific anime? Is it a book about the history of anime?

If you are writing a graphic novel, you are going to need to locate an illustrator you can work with and trust. Callaborations can be extremely rewarding, but legally tricky. You'll want a written agreement spelling out who owns what and who gets what if you get a book deal.

Then you would need to locate a publisher that is interested in graphic novels. (I've already posted rather lengthy discussions regarding how to find a publisher. If you are really interested simply search Yahoo Answers for them).

If you are looking to write a book ABOUT a specific anime, you are talking about fan fiction. You cannot legally publish fan fiction without the expressed permission of the copyright holder.

what do you mean, an anime book? the whole point of anime is that it's animated! manga is the book form - it's the romanji form of the japanese word こん, meaning cartoon. it comes in magazines. also, how can you have a manga without art? that's what it is! a cartoon is pictures!

oh, well. if you explain than i can probably help you. :)
