ovulation testing kit?

Hello, i done an ovulation testing kit today and it was positive out of curiosity i done another just now and it was negative im totally confused any suggestions ?!?!

It means you will ovulate abot 24-36 hrs from the time you got a positive. If you want to conceive this is the time! The positive negative means that you tested a little later then you should have. Usually you get a pos then a neg but the bottom line is that you have probably ovulated and your egg will only be viable for another 24hrs.

Once you get the postitive you should have sex during the next 24-48 hours. That is what mine says and I use the answer brand. The most likley reason you tested pos then neg is the time of day you used the second test. There is usually a window of time the test should be used. my brand says that i need to take the test between 10am and 2pm after or before this time slot the LH is not in the urine. Good Luck

Opks are really not as easy as 123
To accuratley read a opk you need to be aware
Only if the test line is as dark(equal to)or darker than the control line it is positive

Even the slightest bit of colour diffrence lightness etc..is negative thats the way they are sometimes a line will appear but its lighter than the control then itll be negative if its a true positive it will stay positive.

But please also no that a opk can detect pregnancy as the lh hormone and hcg are better known as identical twins were as a pregnanct test will not detect the hcg there desighned for hcg a opk will detect either.

You sure you did them both correctly? I know the fertile window is small, but THAT small? lol. maybe you were just ending your fertile period when you did the first?
