If I can't get it out then what should I do??

A MAGNET?????????? WTF Ok this is a good reason not to drop out of school at the 3rd grade. Oh and as for the question...if it is realy stuck then drill a small hole in the penny and then try screwing a drywall screw into it and pull it out once the screw bytes the penny. Of course disconnect the car battery first and STOP STICKING CHANGE IN YOUR CIG LIGHTER!

Disconnect the car battery first. Then take a pencil with a wad of gum (chew first) and see if you can stick it to the penny and pull out. Otherwise, try using something to gently un-wedge it, or take the cigarette lighter out and try it then...

use a piece of chewed gum on the end of a pencil, mash it to the penny and pull it out.

Whatever you do, make sure you disconnect the lighter from the battery first so you don't get shocked.

Take it out. and smack it on the table in hopes it will break loose. If it doesn't, toss it in the trash can and go to the auto parts and get a new one, install it, and replace the blown fuse.

Use a magnet or unscrew it its attached to wires so becareful. and then screw it back togather
