jeep wont start?

i know what the problem is its the park saftey relay. like it wont start umless its in park and i wanna know how to bypass this relay because half the time its in park and it wont start so i have to play with the gear selector till it reads its in park. anyone know how to bypass the switch

It should start in neutral too.
Just adjust the possition of the switch on the steering column.

you can start it in neutral as well...
