I am going to be married. but i have donated sperm. I also know that the sperms are used and now a female is pregnant.
I want to take care of the child and want the child to be with me can i do it legally if the lady doesnt allow me??

well when u are going to get married and you can have your kids than why do you want to take the baby from that lady..
it is like making charity and taking it back with interest.. i dont feel you are right by doing so.. what abt your would be wife, will she accept that baby... i agree with the other two you have to check the terms and conditions signed by you

Thats a tough one. I would contact a lawyer because more than likely you will have to go through the courts with this. Did you sign a paper when you donated that your name will not be disclosed or anything????? I would double check and see what you signed if you did sign anything.

remember u donated ur sperms..............so u dont have any right to count on it.........please let that woman live in peace.........u can have ur own baby later............if u think like that u sholud never have donated.............donation means u gave it willingly..........u dont have any right on baby now

no it is not legal..... u cann't claim back anything donated.....
