well, it really depends on ur sign, but some people think that cancers and virgos r boring because they r very shy.
but im not critizecing them since am a cancer with a virgo moon myself :P yup, and i can be pretty boring sometimes . . .

I don't think being boring has anything to do with a horoscope sign. That's kind of silly. It depends on the person really and what their interests are in comparison to yours. It's relative.

I took this question as asking about astrological signs, and I think that none of them are boring. They are all very unique in their own way, which in turns makes them special and not boring.
