More likely, if any software is monitoring your phone call and hears either of those words, it will flag it for recording. If you say both in close proximity, it might get moved up in priority. They will probably eventually listen to it, and if they don't like what they hear the FBI may visit you.

No, but the NSA computers will flag the message just like they did this posting of yours and someone will read the transcript and determine whether they need to watch you closer.
