Well obviously she is 13 so she has no income and she cannot drive. She's extremely addicted to crafting, scrabooking and making greeting cards. She already has a few little tools, special scissors and some paper punchers that she got for her birthday. She runs out of Ideas quickly because when she's at home nobody will help her or be creative with her...how can she get some good ideas and what's the cheapest, easiest way for her to continue doing these hobbies without spending money and having to get out of the house much?

I do get involved in crafting with her, it's just that when she's home nobody is there to help her

Their are lots of scrapbooking websites that can offer ides without having to purchase things. Just put scrapbooking in your search bar and you have hundreds of sites to choose from.
As far as cheap supplies.... I know my local Dollar General sells scrapbooking supplies at REALLY reasonable rates.

Here are a few inexpensive things that can be used in scrap booking; any kind of catalog(gift, flower, etc.); for color, paint samples from the paint department at Wal-Mart, Lowe's, etc.; stores like Lowe's that have wallpaper departments give there sample books away and the variety of designs is fantastic; the library is full of ideas; Martha Stuart, HGTV, DIY, and HP Activity Center are just a few of the sites that offer scrap booking ideas and scrap booking print projects on the computer; last and probably the best, every little thing you see can be incorporated into a scrap book page, a small piece of lace, shiny tinsel pieces trimmed from Christmas tree garland, buttons, fabric scraps, ribbon, gift wrap, old cards, design your own stamps using a potato or sponge. Don't be afraid to let your imagination be creative but most of all, have fun.

There are some interesting scrapbooking shows on TLC and DIY that she could get ideas from, or else you could buy her cheap books from a craft store or even Ebay. I'd suggest that you try to join her in his hobby. It will be a great bonding experience, and you might actually enjoy it. (I love scrapbooking with my mom!) As far as cheap stuff to use, really anything around the house can be useful with a little creativity. Good luck! (I was assuming here that you're her mother...??)

I'm 13 too, and there are a ton of ways to make money. You could send out flyers to your neighbors who have little kids (and who don't have kids who can babysit their siblings,) for babysitting. Just tell them how much you charge an hour, and tell them that you will be fun and can keep them entertained. If you can cook (microwave stuff) and stuff like that. You could also rake leaves in your neighborhood, or shovel peoples driveways. Offer to walk peoples dogs for a flat rate, or offer to take care of peoples pets while they are away on vacation. You could sell stuff on ebay that you don't use anymore, and old stuff that your parents might have around the house, that would have some value to it. Give your clothes that don't fit anymore or that you don't want to a refinery, and they will pay you a percentage of the profit they make when they sell your clothes. In the summer you could advertise around your neighborhood for a lawn mowing business that you could start; you should make good money for this. Ask your parents if you could have a small yard sale, you are sure to make a lot from this. Good Luck!

take her to a craft store like Michael's they have all the same stuff Creative Memories has and a lot cheaper. they have books with different page designs and all kinds of stamps and stickers, pretty much anything you need. if she has the internet, tell her to google page designs.
unfortunately, unless you plan on buying her everything, she will have to spend some money. the stuff for this hobby isn't free. but she doesn't have to buy the most expensive things out there. my mom just told me that wal-mart even has scrapbooking stuff now.
good luck

I get inspiration from online, by looking at other's cards or scrapbooking.
Does she take pictures and use those? I take pictures of old cars, trucks, flowers, etc. For a pic of an old (1957 or so) car, I make it into a birthday card for someone who's a classic.
For a pic of a bunch of flowers, just say 'thanks a whole bunch' or I love you a bunch.
