sounds like a custom request to me. No one I know bothers to use something as small as a pony or miniature horse for plowing. You can get carts, harnesses and wagons though.

probably because big horses are used traditionally to pull plows, being rather weighty and cumbersome objects. The RSPCA would have a field day with you.
