i have a single shetland pony and need a plough small enough for him to pull !

try this link, it has a cute norwegian fjord pony pulling a plow, they seem to have all kinds of farm equipment for the smaller horse and pony.

sounds like a custom request to me. No one I know bothers to use something as small as a pony or miniature horse for plowing. You can get carts, harnesses and wagons though.

probably because big horses are used traditionally to pull plows, being rather weighty and cumbersome objects. The RSPCA would have a field day with you.
