Yes. That person is a spy. And that strange perfume on their clothes is actually part of their disguise. Don't worry about those funny numbers on their cell phone. That is CIA calling. Don't worry about the hotel charges to your credit card. The Holiday Inn in Memphis, TN is a safe house.
You'll be fine. Just go back to watching late night cable TV until they get back from their next 3 year mission.
