I have been trying to conceive for a few months. Recently I got my period because I took Provera to cause it, but it only lasted ONE day when it usually lasts 5-7 days. Could that mean that I'm pregnant?

No, it simply means you need a longer course of provera. The provera is progesterone and it causes the lining of the uterus to thicken and when you stop taking it the lining sheds in a withdrawl bleed. You need a little more progesterone to get the lining thicker. The Provera will not induce ovulation.

You might be, and if you are you should NOT take provera it can cause major defects. Call your dr. and get a blood test, because you should not take it if you pregnant.
