i have set up my gmail in microsoft outlook and while it was syncronizing mails , i noticied that some mails was kept in my gmail account while the others have been moved to outlook, why did this happen and how can i have them again in gmail?

This happens because the account is POP3. That means that when ever you access the account via Outlook it moves them into a .PST file that is stored on the hard drive of the PC Outlook is installed on.

Only a set up with Microsoft Exchange Server will allow the mail to be viewed via Outlook and from a web interface.

that happened to me too, i think we just can't you microsoft outlook with our gmail accounts
