NO. You need one to get the other; and they will check your driving record before they issue.

No, at least not legally. If you apply for a license in Florida the first thing they will do is check with all 49 states to see if you have any problems with them. However, if all you need is a photo ID then most states offer this (for a fee)regardless of your ability to get a drivers license.

you would pick to attempt to get a difficulty license... it really is a license that continually has significant regulations on it (in effortless words to and from artwork, treatment, wellbeing facility, etc) and time regulations probably. you're also going to favor an SR-22. i imagine that is the case in all 50 states... it really is a particular type of insurance and it really is totally intense priced. If it really is a usual offense, you've executed all of your criteria and a at the same time as has exceeded (frequently ninety days) you need to be in a position to get the problem license in Florida besides as Alabama...

Not unless you have two identity's with two different social security numbers. When you go to the Florida DMV they will automatically run your social security number thru a data base.

Believe Florida would check your previous licensing state and abide by their suspension ruling.

I'm currently in that situation, too, and what a sticky situation it is! I got mine suspended in NM and moved to TX...although states have their own regulations and TX could very legally give me a license, they chose to honor NM...the *astards! It all depends and is pretty much up in the air...give it a try!
