I just purchased a download of 1CLICK DVD COPY. I had to also download DVD43 to make back-up copies of some of my movies. I used it successfully on two encrypted movies and was very pleased with the quality. The next day I attempted to copy other encrypted movies but it didn't work. I keep getting a pop-up message that says "Cant connect. DVD43 driver must be installed, up to date and active". Do I need to download DVD43 again? How can I make sure i'm getting the latest version of DVD43? Is there another/better decrypter I should consider? Please provide a link to your suggested site. I sent an e-mail to 1CLICK service center yesterday and have not received any response (so much for customer service). Thanks for your help.

You dont need dvd43 if you have 1 click dvd. Maybe the two of them are conflicting with each. Try them separately. dvd43 is for getting rid of the region code so that you watch movies from other regions not for copying movies.
