There are only a handful of species that recognize themselves in the mirror. Humans, obviously, as well as some kinds of monkeys and dophins, if I recall correctly. Betta fish will try to attack their own reflection in a mirror, thinking its a rival betta. And jellyfish are even simpler, so they might not even have the visual capacity to recognize their own species and could instead rely on pheromones for finding mates, etc.

that would depend on whether it was a boy jellyfish or a girl jellyfish. A boy jellyfish would think he looked fine. The girl jellyfish would think she was fat.

but seriously, it wouldn't even think because there was no reflection of it. the reflection of a transparent form to another transparent would retract.
unless you meant the fatally venomous blue jellyfish?

Jelly fish are such simple celled creatures that they do not think, they can only react to their environment. So if it saw itself in the mirror it would not be a reflection but perhaps another Jelly fish.
It probably wouldn't notice, can they see?????? I don't think so.

A jelly fish does not have a brain so it cannot think and only some species have primitive eyes with which to see.
