Yes, it will make you sterile, bald and blind. Maybe you should stop when your hair gets thin and you need glasses.

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating. You can find the solution here http://get-pregnant.keysolve.net
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after 3 months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 6 months of trying to get pregnant. (And that's with well-timed intercourse each and every month.)
If you haven't been trying for at least 3 months, or you haven't been timing sex for ovulation, then you should keep on trying.
If you have been trying for 3 to 6 months, and you're still not pregnant, something may be wrong. Having regular menstrual cycles doesn't mean you're in the clear. There are many possible reasons for infertility. The best solution is to follow some online method as "Pregnncy Miracle" that will probably solve your problems http://get-pregnant.keysolve.net

If you can be pregnant or if you have infertility problems I reccomend to follow this method http://pregnancy.toptips.org

Many factors can cause a couple trouble in conceiving a baby, I'll list a few of the most common ones in women:
Anorexia or other dietary dysfunctions
Lacking amounts of FSH and LH are produced, so ovaries aren't as functional as they could be, and so not many eggs are produced
Stress, causing periods to become irregular
Medications such as cancer treatments, antidepressants, hormone therapy, pain killers, and antipsychotic drugs can all cause temporary infertility.

With the method that I posted above you will be able to get pregnant!

Masturbation is one of the “normal” and healthy expressions of human sexual behavior. It is cheap, quick, easily available, satisfying, and a great way to get to learn more about your sexuality and your-self. It’s healthy way to decrease (sexual) tension without having to think about unwanted pregnancies, sexual transmitted diseases etc and does not cause any health damage at short o long run.
Regarding infertility: as well as very frequent ejaculations (several times a day) as very infrequent ejaculations (f.e. none for several months) has a negative, but NOT LASTING, effect on the quality and quantity of your semen and sperm count, yet not enough to render you infertile.
On practical (and medical) terms this means that before submitting a sample for a spermogram, a routine lab test to analyze your semen as part as the diagnostic procedures for infertile couples, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends a period of abstinence of 3- 5 days to maximize the quality of the sample (and your chances of a normal result).
PS: Inspired by your question I found a quite useful and educational link about the advantages of masturbation, which might decrease your worries:

Masturbation is NORMAL and healthy, for men and women. DOesn't cause any bad health issues, infact is good for the prostate. Keeps it from enlarging, which can cause cancer. Just don't turn a willing partner down and then immediately masturbate, because that could lead to relationship insecurities. Even being married, people regularly masturbate. Enjoy !!!

Masturbation is natural and it will not affect any thing of the sort. You can do it as many times a day you want and there will be no side effects like that.

Its all good, i heard it can relieve stress and keep your stuff healthy.
Although, if you do sports, such as track, you shouldn't wack-off before a game or sports event.
