Seems to have problems with my audio card in my PC. Can I get a LCD monitor with built-in speakers to bypass the problem with my audio card?

If the problem is with your audio card, different speakers will not help. You need to replace the audio card or fix the problem.

The speakers on the monitor would work the same as any set of speakers that you plug into a computer, they would not replace the sound card.

I don't know why you think you have a problem with your audio card. Unless you plugged it into something you shouldn't have, hardware seldom fails. Try going to Control Panel>Sounds and Audio Devices (double click) and check out the various settings. Don't be afraid to click on "Advanced" - you can't do any real harm. I can't tell you what settings to check without more symptoms.
