Red pasta sauce is definitely preferable.
The Health24 website states that tomatoes contain a high level of antioxidants. They are also linked to a reduced risk of heart attack and they are a good source of vitamin C and E. The main phytochemical found in tomatoes is lycopene.
White pasta sauce is full of artery clogging fat and full of calories. Blah!

in case you like decide to do it cajun form, saute the fowl in some blackening spice, and then toss it with the pasta and sauce. I make the comparable dish with shrimp besides. consistently seems nicely.
