youtube is what I use, and i'm sorry you can't get english subtitles. i don't know how you're searching, mine's fine.
BUT NOT TO WORRY: the other option is a tiny bit more long winded but you'll get what you want for definite.

It involves a total of 2 minutes worth of download. Have you heard of torrents? If you have, i'm sorry for assuming your ignorance if not, here's what you need to know. To download movies, software, games and whatnot most people use torrent websites. Limewire has it's pitfalls: e.g. being easily trackable, easily provides hackers and viruses with an open route into your personal files blah blah blah... Get BitLord.

it takes less than three minutes to download, doesn't sit in your hard drive, you wont' get viruses, it downloads anonymously and doesn't hot all your processing power the way other downloaders do.
once you have it, which in my opinion should be five minutes from now, just type in "naruto" at www.torrentspy.com. I guarantee you lots and lots of joy if you do that. I've just tried it, I see 16 pages worth of results. You can see the quality or "health" of all the downloads before you download it and as a secondary check, there's space for everyone else who's downloaded to feed back on quality, although 'we' do like to row about completely different things on there every so often.
...& once your hard drive is full if naruto, get another one and find a few games and movies too. If you're a fan, it'll be worth your while to find "axxo" he's a God unto himself in torrent world.

If you want to watch these shows on the net I suggest you go into goggle and search for their official pages, and/or their english fansub pages. They will either contain what you are looking for there, or will have links to what you need.
If watching on the web is your thing, I'd reccommend you check out Bleach, it's really pretty good and is getting better each episode. Also an oldie but a goodie - Fist of the North Star - though depending on your age the violence may be unsuitable.

i suggest getting bittorrent, but if you're like me and get blocked, do direct download........or watch the latest episodes on youtube.com
I can give you some ppl's names to suscribe to that always have the latest episode upload asap.
