You shouldn't do that, it will be thicker, and more concentrated. It could bind the baby up so bad the baby can't poop and then you'll have to go to the emergency room. It's never happened to me but my sister worked in an emergency room and someone brought a baby in that the mother had done that unawares, and it made the baby very sick.

You can throw off her electrolyte balance, as well as provide her with too many viatmins and minerals at once, effectively poisoning her (especially with the iron).
In addition, you'll upset her tummy because she cannot digest it well, and possibly dehydrate her as digestion requires fluid, and what you've fed her was basically gel. There is also the chance she will choke and/or vomit because it is too thick for her to swallow.

i can understand if you're a new parent, but stop while your ahead. accidents do happen, but they to have formula already made so all you have to do is pour it in a bottled.
